This position seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a contract role for the current school year in Lancaster, SC. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and effective strategies to meet diverse learning needs in inclusive and specialized settings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique learning requirements. Deliver specialized instruction for students across K-12 grades in compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings and professional development. Preferred Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification/license.
