Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher (K-5) Denver, CO Area Company: Soliant Education Contract Position: 20252026 School Year Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a school district in the Denver, Colorado area for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a K5 resource inclusion caseload of approximately 1520 students . This position is best suited for a candidate who thrives in collaborative settings and has experience with instructional delivery, IEP facilitation, and case management. Position Details: Location: Onsite in Denver, CO area Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Caseload: K5th Grade, approximately 1520 students Setting: Resource Inclusion Support: Education Assistants provided (no RBTs, but paraprofessionals are in place) Contract Duration: 20252026 School Year Key Responsibilities: Provide direct instructional support to students in a resource inclusion setting Develop, write, and facilitate IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines Serve as case manager for assigned students Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and paraprofessionals Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Implement behavior strategies and classroom management techniques suited to students with behavioral needs Requirements: Must hold a valid Colorado Department of Education Special Education Certification Previous experience in a resource or inclusion setting strongly preferred Strong knowledge of IEP writing and case management Ability to manage classroom behaviors effectively with paraprofessional support Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Benefits: Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Apply NOW!
