We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team, supporting students in grades K5 in a resource/inclusion setting. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide instruction and support to a caseload of 1520 students in grades K5 within a resource and inclusion model.

Develop, write, and facilitate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Serve as case manager for assigned students, collaborating closely with general education staff, families, and support personnel.

Implement strategies to address a variety of learning and behavioral needs.

Supervise and work collaboratively with Education Assistants to ensure student success.

Requirements: Valid Colorado Department of Education Special Education Certification.

Experience or familiarity with managing behavioral needs in a classroom setting.

Strong communication, organization, and case management skills.

Additional Information: Support staff includes Education Assistants; however, there are no Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned.

Students may present with behavioral challenges.
