Compensation: $55 - $60 per hour
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, In-Person

• Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to students with multiple disabilities, including autism, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and developmental delays.
• Utilize your expertise in Special Education regulations and procedures to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and use progress monitoring and data collection to tailor instruction and track student growth.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to create a positive, nurturing environment that empowers every student to succeed.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with students and their families, ensuring clear understanding and support.

• Certification: PA Special Education Standard Certification (K-12) – Required
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year teaching special education
  • Preferred: 3 years working with IEPs and 2+ years supporting students with multiple disabilities, emotional challenges, and developmental delays
• Education: Master’s degree preferred
• Current PA state clearances (Police, Child Abuse, Fingerprinting)
• Strong knowledge of Special Education laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
