Soliantis seeking a skilled and student-centered Learning Specialist to join our Learning Center team for the full 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with diverse learning needs through specialized instruction, collaboration, and case management. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized and small-group instruction in accordance with students' IEPs Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers to support student access to curriculum and accommodations Communicate regularly with parents, service providers, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations Support students academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth within the Learning Center setting Requirements: Valid OregonSpecial Education teaching license Experience in a resource or learning center environment preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team Schedule and Location: This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar Work will be based on-sitein Johns Landing, OR
