Position Overview We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to provide in-home instruction and parent training for children with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with families to implement individualized education and behavior support plans in the client's home setting. The cases typically occur after school, with some cases starting before school! Key Responsibilities Provide individualized academic and behavioral instruction in-home Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA strategies Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and progress documentation Stay current on best practices in ABA and special education Qualifications Master's degree in Education or related field Certified Special Education Teacher 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a home-based setting Preferred Experience Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) Experience conducting in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduling Compensation $60–$70 per hour based on experience and qualifications Apply Today!
