A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available to support an elementary caseload serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This onsite role is located near Walker, MN, and is offered as a school year contract. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with ASD. Deliver specialized instruction to meet the academic, social, and behavioral needs of students on the autism spectrum. Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to support growth and development. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and staff. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota State Teaching Certification in Special Education with an ASD endorsement. Experience working with elementary-aged students on the autism spectrum. Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
