This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year in Norristown, PA. Two contract positions are availableone serving high school students and one serving elementary students. These roles require professionals dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique abilities and challenges. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress. Conduct assessments and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly. Create a positive, structured classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and growth. Maintain detailed records and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding student achievements and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for K-12 settings.
