Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with multiple disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitor and document student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders regarding student development and needs.
Maintain a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification.
Experience working with students across various grade levels (K-12) and multiple disability categories.
Strong skills in adapting curriculum and instructional techniques for inclusion settings.
Ability to manage a varied caseload of students requiring differentiated support.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Previous experience with billing clients is a plus.
