Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite Start Date: 2025-2026 school year Contact: Hope Barbero hope.barbero@soliant.com Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher for a school district inKS.Intensive Skills/Autism teacher approximately 8 students on caseload some would attend in the morning and some would attend in the afternoon. If youre committed to making a difference in students lives and meet Kansas credentialing requirements, we want to hear from you! Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and/or pursuing education in Special Education or ABA. Experience or training with children (ages 3-21) with moderate to severe disabilities and challenging behaviors. Experience teaching functional communication skills using vocal methods and AAC devices. Masters degree in Special Education. Very well versed in the more complicated cases with big behavioral challenges, physical management, and the older age groups. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Eligible for or holding a Kansasteaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement. Current or willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Training or willingness to be trained in QBS Safety-Care for de-escalation, crisis management, and physical intervention.
