Job Posting: Special Education Teacher (Autism Support Classroom) Location: Longmont, CO Area Company: Soliant Education Contract: 20252026 School Year Start Date: August 5, 2025 End Date: May 22, 2026 Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite (In-Person Only) Grade Level: Elementary Schedule: 8 hours per day (7.5 paid hours, 0.5 unpaid lunch) Pay Rate: $30$40/hour (04 years of experience) $40$45/hour (410 years of experience) $45$55/hour (10+ years of experience) Caseload: 710 students Support Team: 2 Paraeducators, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), School Psychologist Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction in an Autism Support classroom for elementary students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with paraeducators, BCBA, psychologist, and general education staff Adapt and modify curriculum to meet individual student needs Maintain student records and progress reports Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and service providers Attend IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions Requirements: Must hold a valid Colorado Special Education Generalist teaching license or have licensure application currently in process Documentation of current license or in-process status must be uploaded Prior experience in Autism Support or similar special education setting preferred Strong classroom management and behavioral support skills Commitment to working onsite in Boulder, CO for the full 20252026 school year Benefits Offered: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Weekly pay Apply NOW!
