Hastings, MN Area Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated

Special Education Teacher

to join a supportive school team in the Cannon Falls, MN area. This full-time, onsite position will serve students with Emotional Behavior Disorders and those on the Autism Spectrum. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and experienced in tailoring instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs. Responsibilities: Provide direct instruction to students with Emotional Behavior Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Develop and implement effective, individualized education programs (IEPs). Monitor and assess student progress toward academic and behavioral goals. Collaborate with related services staff, general education teachers, and parents. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Requirements: Valid Special Education teaching license through the

Minnesota Department of Education . Experience developing and managing IEPs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience working with EBD and Autism preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay range:
