Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher Caledonia, MN Area Position: Special Education Teacher (Onsite) Company: Soliant Education School Year: 20252026 Contract Type: Full School Year Grade Level: 7th and 8th Grade Pay Rate: $37.50$47.50 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Flex hours available: 7:303:30, 7:453:45, or 8:004:00 schedule Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan; weekly pay Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a licensed and experienced Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite role in the Caledonia, MN area. The selected candidate will work with a caseload of 14 middle school students with varying disabilities, supporting them in multiple educational settings. This is a contract position for the 20252026 school year. Caseload Details: 14 students total (7th and 8th grade) 7 with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) 5 with Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD) 2 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Subjects Taught: Replacement instruction in reading, writing, and math Instruction and progress monitoring on IEP goals in: Reading Writing Math Social skills Organizational skills Responsibilities: Deliver direct instruction aligned with students IEP goals Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers Monitor, document, and report student progress Participate in IEP meetings and evaluations Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Requirements: Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (required) Experience working with middle school students with varying disabilities Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education law Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs Apply NOW!
