Job Details: Position: Elementary Special Education Teacher (Resource/LifeSkills)

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

Duration: August 2025 - May 2026

Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr (based on experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240 (on-site) : Provide specialized instruction to elementary students with mild/moderate or intensive needs

Develop and implement individualized IEPs with academic and functional goals

Deliver small-group and 1:1 support in resource settings

Teach life skills and adaptive behaviors (for LifeSkills role)

Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers

Utilize multisensory and evidence-based teaching strategies

Monitor and report on student progress

Foster inclusive classroom environments Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education

Indiana Teaching License with Mild/Moderate or Intense Intervention endorsement

Experience with elementary-aged students with disabilities

Knowledge of Indiana Academic Standards and Alternate Standards

Strong behavior management and collaboration skills
