Job Posting: Special Education Teacher Onsite (Eagan, MN Area) School Year: 20252026 | 5 Openings Available Company: Soliant Education Soliant Education is seeking passionate and qualified Special Education Teachers for full-time, onsite positions in Eagan, MN for the 20252026 school year . This is a contract position with weekly pay and full benefits. We currently have 5 openings across grade levels: 1 Elementary 2 Middle School 2 High School All positions involve Cross-Categorical caseloads , so we are open to candidates with any of the following licenses: SLD, DCD, ASD, ABS , or similar special education licensures. Position Details Schedule: Full-time, onsite only Hours: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Caseload: Combination of case management and direct/small group instruction Student Load: Approximately 1015 students per teacher Support Provided: Full-time Special Education Coordinator and Director available onsite daily Pay Range: $37$47 per hour (Based on experience, degree level, and license type) Contract Length: Entire 20252026 school year Responsibilities Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Provide direct instruction in small group settings Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff Monitor student progress and update educational goals as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance Participate in parent meetings and IEP team conferences Support students academic and behavioral goals using evidence-based strategies Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Valid Minnesota teaching license in one or more areas of special education (SLD, DCD, ASD, ABS, etc.) Prior experience in special education preferred but not required Ability to manage diverse student needs in a cross-categorical setting Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Must be able to commit to an onsite schedule for the full school year Benefits Offered Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Weekly pay Professional support from a dedicated team How to Apply Apply now to secure your position for the 20252026 school year.
