We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher to provide specialized instruction and support to Kindergarten and 1st grade students with disabilities in a resource room setting. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an educator passionate about helping young learners build foundational skills and achieve academic success. Position Overview: The teacher will work directly with students requiring additional support outside the general education classroom, tailoring instruction to meet individual IEP goals and collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure student progress. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to K and 1st grade students in a resource room

Implement IEP goals and progress monitoring

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

Maintain documentation and communication related to student progress

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree

State Licensure in Special Education

Experience working with early elementary students preferred
