- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Foster a safe, structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to create a unified support system for each student
- Use evidence-based strategies to promote learning and skill development
- Track and share meaningful progress updates with families and school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events
- Support students during transitions, extracurricular activities, and when behavioral interventions are needed
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
- Certification: Valid state Special Education certification (required)
