Position Details: Type: Full-Time, Contract Duration: Full school year (CSY) Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays: Site A Thursdays & Fridays: Site B Wednesdays: Alternating between both campuses
Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instructional support to students with diverse learning needs in inclusive settings Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff from both campuses to develop and implement individualized education plans Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies to meet individual goals Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student success Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development Qualifications: Hold valid Arizona certification in Elementary Special Education/Resource Teaching Experience working with diverse learners in elementary education settings Ability to manage split responsibilities effectively across two campuses Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to inclusive educational practices and student advocacy This role offers a unique opportunity to impact student growth by working across two vibrant elementary school communities.
