Manage a caseload consisting of middle and high school students in a self-contained classroom setting. Employ strong classroom management techniques to create a structured and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Maintain accurate records and communication with parents and school staff. Qualifications and Experience Required: Valid 461 Special Education Certification. Proven experience in classroom management and delivering effective special education instruction. Proficiency with Tennessee Pulse system for IEP documentation. Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain compliance.
