This opportunity is for experienced Special Education Teachers to support middle and high school students during the 25/26 school year in McMinnville, TN. Three full-time contract positions are available with a complete school year (CSY) duration. Out of state candidates will be considered if they have a pending Tennessee teaching license. Openings include: 1) Self-Contained CDC Special Education Teacher Serving grades 6-8 Requires a 461 SPED license Caseload of 10-15 students Work hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM 2) Special Education Behavior Interventionist Supporting grades 6-8 Full-time role focused on behavioral interventions 3) Special Education Interventionist Serving grades 9-12 Full-time role providing intervention support Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Special Education teaching credentials or pending Tennessee license Experience working with middle or high school students in special education settings Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with students, families, and staff Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students unique learning needs Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Provide behavioral support and intervention as needed Collaborate with school staff and families to promote academic and social success This role provides an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.
