A full-time position is available for a Special Education Teacher to support students in grades 4-12 across two campuses. This role involves both push-in and pull-out instructional methods, providing tailored educational support to meet the diverse learning needs of students within a K-12 setting.
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction to students with a range of disabilities utilizing push-in and pull-out formats
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure educational goals are met
Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and federal special education regulations
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment promoting student growth and independence
Qualifications:
Active Special Education License valid in Colorado
Experience teaching students in grades 4-12 preferred
Strong knowledge of special education laws, best practices, and instructional strategies
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location: Position supports two campuses in the Englewood, CO area.
