This position is for an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher working with children ages 2-5 in a resource inclusion classroom. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 15 students, supported by paraprofessionals. Teachers will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with related services staff. The daily schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:15 AM to 2:45 PM. This is a contract position for the school year located in Lindale, TX. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction to early childhood students with special needs within an inclusive classroom setting Develop, write, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals Collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals and related service providers Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Maintain clear and timely communication with families and team members Qualifications: Texas State Teaching License with Special Education EC-12 Endorsement is required Experience working with early childhood special education students (ages 2-5) Proficient in writing and implementing IEPs Strong collaboration and communication skills Location: Lindale, TX Benefits and Perks: Medical, dental, and vision health benefits available 401(k) retirement plan option through Principal Financial Competitive hourly pay range of $40 - $45 This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support young learners with special needs in a collaborative environment.
