A full-time teaching opportunity is available for an educator skilled in English Language Arts (ELA), suitable for either a General Education or Special Education setting at the middle school level. This position offers a contract for the new school year with a schedule of approximately 25 hours per week, with exact hours to be confirmed. Location: Levittown, PA Position Duration: New School Year (NSY) Contract Schedule: Part-time, approx. 25 hours per week Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective ELA instruction tailored to middle school students' diverse learning needs. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instruction strategies for Special Education students, if applicable. Collaborate with general and special education staff to support student achievement and classroom management. Participate in progress monitoring, assessment, and team meetings to ensure compliance with district and state educational standards. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in ELA, with endorsement or experience in Special Education preferred. Experience working with middle school students.
