An educational opportunity is available for an experienced special education professional to support diverse learners across elementary and middle school levels in a K-12 setting. This contract position, lasting the 2025-2026 school year, offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Delivering instruction in resource, inclusion, life skills, and behavior management classrooms at the elementary level. Providing specialized instruction in resource, life skills, inclusion math, and inclusion English language arts at the middle school level. Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborating with classroom teachers and related service providers to ensure inclusive and effective learning environments. Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with educational standards. Qualifications: Valid EC12 Special Education certification paired with either an EC6 Core certification or a 48 Generalist certification. Proven ability to work effectively with students with diverse learning needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and school staff.
