A full-time High School Special Education Teacher position is available in a self-contained and/or integrated setting serving students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD). This role involves working with a caseload of approximately 15 high school students (grades 912), with access to 1:1 paraprofessional support as needed. The position is a contracted role for the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver academic and behavioral instruction tailored to individual IEP goals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Maintain consistent classroom routines and structured environments Collaborate closely with related service providers, support staff, and families to support student growth Employ positive behavior support strategies and utilize data-driven interventions to address student needs Qualifications and Experience: Valid and active New Hampshire Special Education Certification with an endorsement in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) Experience managing self-contained or integrated classroom settings preferred Ability to develop individualized instructional plans aligned with student needs Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and families Location: Position based in Derry, New Hampshire, serving a high school student population This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the academic and behavioral development of students with EBD in a supportive educational environment.
