A Federal Setting III Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) Special Education Teacher opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position supports middle school students in a highly supportive and structured environment designed to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with students IEP goals within a Federal Setting III EBD program Develop, implement, and regularly monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams Establish and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to student success Qualifications: Valid Minnesota teaching license or eligibility for licensure in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders Special Education (Tier 1 through Tier 4) Experience or strong interest in working with students with emotional and behavioral challenges in a special education setting Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment that addresses academic and social-emotional needs Location: Andover, Minnesota (Middle School Level) Duration: Contract, full school year (2025-2026) This role is ideal for Special Education Teachers dedicated to supporting students with EBD in a setting that values individualized support and teamwork.
