Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, fostering academic and social development. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Manage classroom environments that encourage positive behavior and effective learning. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Participate in professional meetings and continuous development activities. Available Caseloads Include: Autism classroom serving grades 3rd-5th with a focus on social learning centers. Middle school resource support position. Elementary resource support position. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with K-12 students in diverse special education settings. Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related instructional strategies is a plus.
