*What You'll Do:* * Create & implement hands-on, age-appropriate lesson plans. * Engage with children in creative activities, from arts & crafts to interactive storytelling. * Foster a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. * Collaborate with parents & staff to ensure each child's success. * Maintain a safe, organized, and joyful classroom.

*What We're Looking For:* * Passion for working with children in a structured, fun, and educational setting. * Minimum CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred). * Experience in a preschool or early childhood setting. * CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). * Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor staff and connect with families. * Must be able to successfully complete state required level 2 background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.88 per hour
