Location: Lower School 2nd Grade Teacher - St. Croix Preparatory Academy

Position is 1.0. FTE, starting the 2025-2026 school year. Training starts August 11, 2025.

Second Grade instruction includes: Core Knowledge Sequence curriculum RIGGS Required Qualifications: Valid MN Elementary Ed. License (K-6) Preferred but not Required Qualifications: Previous experience teaching fourth grade Experience with, A classical model of education or a liberal arts college education Background in teaching Core Knowledge Sequence Implementation of Literacy Strategies across curriculum areas Paideia or Socratic Seminar/Discussion methods PLC groups/Q comp programs K-12 for continuous programming

Annual compensation ranges from $44,428-$65,847, depending upon years of teaching experience. This position is eligible for benefits. Our current Benefits Guide (attached) details the employer-sponsored benefits available at St. Croix Prep.
