What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
Modify general education curriculum and strategies to meet students' unique needs
Track and communicate student progress through assessments and reporting tools
Partner with general education teachers, service providers, and families
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture
What We're Looking For:
Must hold a valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Mild/Moderate authorization Prior classroom or special education experience preferred Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
