Our teachers work one-on-one or in groups of up to 4 students during the school day. We hire Colorado Certified Special Education teachers seeking a refreshing alternative to traditional teaching roles, emphasizing student interaction over paperwork. Engage with students in meaningful ways by working one-on-one or with small groups of four students or less. Enjoy the benefits of great pay as a token of appreciation for your dedication and expertise in shaping the future generation. Earn $55.00 to $65.00 an hour. Our part-time schedules are crafted to fit into your life, giving you ample time for other passions and pursuits. Most teachers work 20 to 25 hours a week. While this is a part-time role, if you want to work more hours, additional work may be available. Engage in meaningful work without risking your PERA benefits. Job Requirements : For this role, we need someone available to do in-person sessions during the school day Additional opportunities may be available for other dates / times, including evenings, weekends, and summer school, for the right person Must have an active Colorado Special Education Teaching License Demonstrated proficiency in providing differentiated literacy and / or math instruction. READ Act Certification preferred but not required Ability to provide executive functioning support to students Effective communicator and collaborator with teachers and parents Able to commit to the 2025-2026 school year Ability to work with students with a variety of needs and disability types is strongly preferred Opportunity to work with elementary, middle, and / or high school students—flexibility and openness to serve multiple grade levels preferred Why work with Results Learning?
