What Youll Do: Provide engaging, individualized instruction to DHH students via a secure virtual platform Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success Develop, implement, and monitor effective IEPs tailored to each students unique needs Advise school teams on best practices for supporting DHH learners Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements What Were Looking For: Valid Idaho Educator License with a DHH endorsement Bachelors or Masters degree in Deaf Education or a related field Experience supporting DHH students in educational settings Proficiency with digital tools and video conferencing platforms Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Bonus Points For: Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or cued speech Familiarity with assistive technologies used in DHH instruction Previous experience in teletherapy or remote teaching Ready to Apply?
