Position Details: Caseload: K12 students (specifics based on your experience/preference) Schedule: Flexible hours full-time and part-time opportunities available Duration: School Year 20252026 Delivery: Fully virtual, using VocoVisions secure teletherapy platform Responsibilities: Provide direct instruction and support to students with IEPs Develop and implement individualized education plans Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and other specialists Maintain thorough documentation of student progress Participate in IEP meetings and evaluations as needed Requirements: Master's degree in Special Education or related field Active Vermont Special Education Teaching License At least 2 years of experience working with special education students Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms Must pass a technical screening and provide own equipment
