What You'll Do As a Pure Barre Teacher, you'll lead 55-minute, music-driven group fitness classes that deliver results and build community. You'll memorize and teach our signature formats, guide clients of all levels with safe, effective instruction, and motivate them with your energy, voice, and presence. Key Responsibilities Teach a minimum of 3 classes per week, plus at least 2 weekend days per month
Memorize and deliver Pure Barre choreography with clarity and energy
Provide hands-on corrections and ensure proper form throughout class
Build strong relationships with clients and support an inclusive, welcoming studio culture
Contribute to studio cleanliness and assist with front desk operations as needed
Commit to quarterly training updates and team development meetings
Support membership and retail growth through education and engagement
Ideal Candidates Will Have A passion for movement and empowering others
A background in fitness, dance, cheer, strong rhythm and stage presence
Excellent memorization, public speaking, and performance skills
The physical ability to demonstrate exercises, use light weights, and lead dynamic classes
Comfort discussing memberships and being a brand ambassador
A commitment to Pure Barre's training requirements (100 hours), including: 4-day intensive (virtual or in-person, Thursday through Sunday)
30 days of online coursework and in-studio practice
Submission of a final video for review by Pure Barre Corporate
A one-year teaching commitment upon completion of training
Live within 30 minutes of the studio with reliable transportation
Preferred Availability We offer class times from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM , 7 days a week. Priority consideration for teachers available Friday at 5:30 PM and/or Sunday at 12:00 PM , especially those already certified in Pure Barre Align. Compensation and Perks $25 per class starting rate
