Pure Barre Teacher Position Pure Barre Lubbock is hiring a Pure Barre Teacher with availability for the following class times: weekday mornings - 5:30 AM, 7:30 - 9:30 AM, weekdays at noon, and all evening shifts (4:30 PM - 8:30 PM). This position requires a background in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, and/or a strong sense of musicality. Please read below for other details and requirements. POSITION: The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 22 participants through the Pure Barre experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Availability to teach a minimum of 4 classes per week and we are specifically hiring for early mornings and weekday evenings. Must be available to teach at least one 5:30 AM and/or 7:30 PM class per week. Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class. Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis. Assist with keeping the studio tidy. Lift hand weights (up to 20 lbs.), demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required. REQUIREMENTS: Enthusiastic, confident and outgoing personality. Dependable with a strong work ethic - natural willingness to go above and beyond. Confidence to energetically command a room of 22 people. Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to beat of music. Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, gymnastics or barre concept (highly preferred). All instructors are required to complete an online training to be certified as a Pure Barre Teacher. Minimum one-year commitment to teaching required before attending training sessions.
