*Availability:*

We are seeking a candidate with availability on Thursdays and Saturday mornings.

- A typical teaching day would be up to six hours long once your schedule is full.

*Responsibilities:* - Provide engaging and comprehensive guitar lessons to students based on their skill levels and goals - Create personalized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles - Develop a supportive and encouraging learning environment to motivate students - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and performances as needed - Collaborate with parents to discuss student progress and goals

*Skills:* - Proficiency in guitar and bass. Proficiency in drums or piano is a bonus! - Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels, ranging from elementary school to adults - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques - Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs - Familiarity with special education or tutoring is a plus - Experience in classroom settings or educating children is advantageous - Photography skills for capturing student milestones are a bonus
