Responsibilities: Experience and demonstrated ability to work with children. Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills. Self-motivator and problem solver. Excellent communicator and confident in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents. Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry. Ability to work in a team environment. Assist in classrooms with lesson plans that align with the RIELD Standards. Someone wants to advance in their career.

Minimum Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must pass national criminal background/fingerprint check. Must have reliable transportation.

Higher Pay Additional Requirements: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field or Preschool CDA certificate (RIECETP). 2+ years of experience in a licensed daycare setting.
