Preschool/Pre-K AND School Age After Care Lead Teacher

Summary
Gardner School Country Friends Campus in Brush Prairie, Wa is looking for an experienced teacher who is available to work full time Monday – Friday with children ages 3-5 years of age in the morning and then lead our After Care program for the school age children in the afternoon.
We encourage and support children in learning all things through play, therefore we ask our teachers to be willingly engaged and excited to share learning experiences with the children at all times. Our center is an Early Achievers Level 3 Facility rated by Washington State DEL.
Duties
The person selected must enjoy working with children, be professional when interacting with families, be reliable and punctual, work well with others, have the ability to thoroughly clean all work areas, and be self motivated to anticipate the needs of the children and classroom functionality.
Requirements
Employees must successfully register with MERIT to complete a criminal background check/fingerprints, first aid/CPR certifications, TB test, food handlers permit, bloodborne pathogens, HIV/AIDS, and child abuse/neglect training and complete an initial and ongoing STARS education
Benefits
Compensation and benefits include:
Wage: $18-$20 (pay dependent on experience)
