Lead Teachers at LAC Preschool are responsible for: * Planning and executing of a developmentally appropriate program for pre-school children, documentation of learning experiences, assessment of children. * Meeting the needs of the group as well as those of the individual child. * Observing, identifying and responding to the needs of the children. * Helping each child develop a positive-self-image. * Communicating appropriately with children, using intentional language. * Communicating with parents/families and creating positive relationships. * Using a positive approach to behavior guidance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17.5 per week
