Duties
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
Support children's growth through play, learning, meals, and rest
Keep your classroom organized, clean, and safe
Work as a team to develop a creative, responsive curriculum
Share each child’s progress and daily moments with families via apps and conversations
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in a licensed early childhood setting
One of the following:
CDA , ECE Certificate, or Degree in Early Childhood or related field
Currently enrolled in an accredited program (with relevant experience)
Must meet all Virginia state licensing requirements (including background checks)
Flexibility with work hours based on school needs
