Job Summary Great opportunity for candidate who desires to create a fun and safe learning environment! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, behavior management, and curriculum development, with at least 12 ECE Units.

Qualified candidates will work in both our AM and PM shifts. Approximately 20 hours per week with option for more based of needs of the center.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth

Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play

Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues

Ability to educate and engage preschool-aged children in various subjects including math, language arts, and social studies

Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting
