*EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS…* * Must have *12 core semester units in ECE/development semester units.* * Must have 6 months experience in a licensed childcare center or comparable group childcare program. * Acceptable alternative education: 6 complete semester units of early childhood education and enrolled in at least 2-semester units at a college until fully qualified or a Child Development Associates Certificate

*POSITION OVERVIEW…* * Job Title: Preschool Teacher * Location: First Christian Church, Santa Maria, CA * Reports To WINGS Director/Assistant Director * Compensation: $20-24/hour (based on Experience and Education) * Job Classification: Full-time Employee, Non-Exempt * Requirements: Criminal Background Fingerprint Clearance required, Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification (within 2 years), Physical, Tuberculosis Clearance, TDAP vaccine, MMR vaccine, Influenza vaccine (or waiver) * Two years’ experience providing instruction to children in an early childhood setting is preferred. * Valid California driver's license or ID, along with being insurable. * Start Date: ASAP
