*About the Role*
Preschool Teachers at LLA lead their classrooms with purpose, creativity, and a deep understanding of early childhood development. Responsibilities include: * Greeting children and families warmly each day * Implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons and play-based activities * Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom * Supporting children's social-emotional growth * Communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and caregivers * Supervising classroom teachers and modeling best practices * Staying organized and up-to-date with documentation and safety protocols
*Qualifications* * Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting * Experience with age 2½-5 preferred * Associate's or bachelor's in early childhood education (preferred) * CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified * Must pass background check and health screening * Reliable, flexible, and ready to be part of a collaborative team
