* Directly responsible for the learning activities of a given group of children and under supervision of the Executive Director/Program Director. * Prepares and implement written high quality lesson and observation plan in accordance of the guidelines of current curriculum by focusing in high standards and achievement for all students. * Continuously tracking student's achievements data and using the data to instructional planning and delivery. * Establish a nurturing, safe, physical, emotional and supporting sound atmosphere taking in consideration the child's individual needs. * Commitment of continued professional growth by attending all in-services trainings, staff meetings, and/or any other functions of the center. * Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues. * Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director/Program Director. * Starting Salary $55,000 and higher (negotiable) based on years of experience; * 10 month position * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 Hour Workday; 8am to 3pm * Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree, Pre-k to 3rd grade Certificate
