We’re looking for someone who loves nurturing little hearts and minds, and helping kids grow into confident, curious learners. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer: Competitive starting pay: $12 - $14 per hour (based on your experience and early childhood education background). $1,200 incentive bonus within your first year – because we appreciate YOU! What You’ll Need: A High School Diploma or GED (we’ve got to start somewhere!) Experience working with young kids is a bonus, but if you’ve got the heart, we’ll train you! Ability to pass a fingerprint background check – safety first!

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (your exact hours may vary – flexibility is key!)
