At The Kids Bay Learning Center, we create a joyful, safe, and stimulating environment where children explore, grow, and thrive. As our Preschool Teacher, you’ll be partnering with another teacher while leading an engaging classroom through play-based and hands on activities.

*What You’ll Do:*

* Guide and inspire your classroom with warmth, structure, and fun * Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans that make learning magical * Foster a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated * Partner with families to support each child’s growth journey * Model excellence in early childhood education

*What We Are Looking For:*

* A joyful spirit with a strong background in early childhood education * Experience working in a classroom and collaborating with a co-teacher * A creative, nurturing, and organized individual who brings learning to life * Completion of at least 12 units in Child Development from an accredited college or university (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends
