Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a Preschool Teacher with ABA Experience to join our staff and work in an amazing school! Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience implementing ABA strategies in school or clinical settings
Familiarity with individualized behavior plans and data collection methods
Strong understanding of child development and positive behavior support
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, therapists, and families
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or similar credential (preferred but not required)
Patience, empathy, and adaptability working with diverse learners

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a nurturing, structured learning environment for preschool-aged children
Implement ABA-based behavioral interventions and skill-building activities
Monitor and record progress on IEP goals and behavior objectives
Support emotional regulation, social skills, and functional communication development
Collaborate with behavior support teams to adjust interventions as needed
Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and support providers
Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and educational standards
