Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience implementing ABA strategies in school or clinical settings
- Familiarity with individualized behavior plans and data collection methods
- Strong understanding of child development and positive behavior support
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, therapists, and families
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or similar credential (preferred but not required)
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability working with diverse learners
- Create and maintain a nurturing, structured learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Implement ABA-based behavioral interventions and skill-building activities
- Monitor and record progress on IEP goals and behavior objectives
- Support emotional regulation, social skills, and functional communication development
- Collaborate with behavior support teams to adjust interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and support providers
- Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and educational standards
