Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Engage and interact with kiddos on their level.
• Plan and implement a curriculum with your co-teacher that sparks curiosity and confidence.
• Support child-led exploration, guided by Montessori-inspired philosophies and the natural world.
• Manage your classroom with love, laughter, and lots of intentionality.
• Build respectful, authentic relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with a passionate team that values YOU as a professional.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting.
• A love for outdoor learning and a “team first” mindset.
• A sense of humor. A raincoat. A deep respect for children
• Coursework or credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
