*Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all students. * Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. * Assess and monitor children's progress in various developmental areas. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and needs. * Foster social skills and emotional growth through interactive activities. * Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall preschool curriculum.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. * Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential. * Strong understanding of childhood development principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.
