JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting a substitute teacher for our preschool division (children 18 months to 5 years of age). With over 30 educators on our staff, there is a constant need for substitute teachers. Collaborate with a talented team and continue to grow professionally and personally at our school. Our program promotes individualization for both our children AND our teachers, encouraging teachers to infuse his/her own unique personality and style into the classroom and curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Nurturing, patient, proactive, creative, enthusiastic, and a team player * Good verbal and written communication skills * 12 units minimum in Child Development or Early Childhood Education * Prior teaching or child care experience * Pass a background check and fingerprinting * Pass a health screening with a TB test * _Additional Desired Qualifications_ : 3 Infant /Toddler units

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * On call
